RovoDev, cannot create a new site, shows error

As title says, i cannot create a new atlassian site, anyone experience the same issue?

Good evening my friend, how are you? Atlassian is having a problem with the Status Page displaying, perhaps this is affecting the creation of your website.

there was a weird looping behaviour a while back: Solved: Roovodev discontinued?

Does the issue still persist? Or was it temporary?
