I'm trying to develop a Rovo agent, after a few round of testing, the agent seems to stop halfway generating an answer. The agent always stop at the same place as shown below.
the Usage Quotas are not yet enforced. So the abrupt stop in the response cannot have something to do with a quota per se. Without the full context, it's difficult to suggest a different reason for an abrupt stop. Extracting data shouldn't be an issue in general.
As a site Admin, you can check the current license tier and user count. You can also go into the AI insights on admin.atlassian.com and check the current Rovo usage.
Each Agent invocation will cost you at least 10 credits. Rovo now chooses the level of "thinking" automatically if not selected otherwise - so you may unknowingly trigger Deep Researches, costing you 100 credits.
I have yet to receive an answer from Atlassian as to multiple messages and replies per Chat. I am assuming that each Rovo reply will cost the 10 credits.
To check your current tier, you could also check if you have certain features available.
For Confluence: Team Calendars, Card/Carousel Macro
For Jira: Plans
As the quotas are not yet enforced, there is also no way of purchasing extra credits.
