ROVO Chat stopped reading my images
I wasn't able to extract any readable content from the uploaded image — the tool returned an empty response. This can sometimes happen with certain image formats or if the image contains primarily visual/graphical content rather than text.
Could you share what the image contains or what you'd like to know about it? Alternatively, if it's a screenshot of a page or document, sharing the direct URL might give me better results.
Hello @Athena Jackson
I found recent question related to that.
Actually, the capability of reading images is not consistent.

@Athena Jackson welcome to the community. There’s an important distinction here. Atlassian’s current documentation says standard Rovo Chat cannot reference uploaded image files, although newer Rovo Desktop and mobile experiences do support image/screenshot context. So I wouldn’t rely on image reading in web Chat as a supported workflow today. If the same image works intermittently, though, that’s still worth reporting because others have reproduced that behavior.

Hi @Athena Jackson - welcome to the Community,
does this consistently happen on the same image? -> may have to do with the image itself
does this consistently happen for any image? -> may be a temporary problem
Is the image actually uploaded to the Chat? -> Rovo will not always process attachmentes from existing content, especially in Confluence
