Rovo flagging Acceptable Use Policy prompts incorrectly

I get the message:

We can’t respond to that prompt.Your prompt might not comply with our Acceptable Use Policy. Try a different prompt.

when I put in the prompt "SSS Loan Certification". However when I put in "Social Security System Loan Certification" or "How do I get an SSS Loan Certification?", I get the answer supplied by our knowledge base.

SSS is the common verbiage used here in the Philippines for ouir Statutory deduction and loans. Employees always have this in their queries to HR.

Please help address the issue.

This looks like a false-positive policy block matching a known Atlassian bug: ROVO-620. The moderation system is mistakenly triggering on the acronym "SSS," but typing out "Social Security System" or phrasing it as a full question should bypass the block.
