Actually, that failure is quite generic and points to some session problem.
When did that happen? Specific agent?
Have you tried logging in/out or using an incognito window?
Is Rovo active inside Atlassian Administration? Have you tried another browser or network? Yes, I know it's a lot, but that kind of failure is broad.
