We are on Teamwork Collection Premium.
Atlassian Intelligence works in Confluence and Jira issue view.
However, Rovo Search / Ask AI is not available in Jira
Also counter free trial versions doesnt work
What should I do to start working with ROVO on Jira?

could you confirm that
1. the Org Admins don't use personal accounts like gmail.com and instead use a business email domain?
2. You see Rovo as App under admin.atlassian.com > Apps > Atlassian Apps
3. Check that Jira is added under admin.atlassian.com > Apps > AI settings > AI enabled Apps
@Student this once pops up in the Champions Slack channel every month with mixedd experiences. Rovo is not included by default in all Teamwork Collection or Jira plans. Even if Atlassian Intelligence is available, Rovo (Search/Ask AI) requires separate enablement and may still be in limited rollout or require admin activation. Do everything @Rebekka Heilmann _viadee_ mentioned. If none of that works contact Atlassian- you may need to wait for availability.
