recently created a new account and added all the required billing information to activate the free trial. However, after authenticating through the CLI and checking the /usage command, it shows that I have 0 remaining Rovo Dev credits, even though the usage indicates that 0 credits have been used.
CLI output:
/usage
You've reached your Rovo Dev credit limit.
Your Rovo Dev usage resets in 29d 22h 26m. Extra usage is not available on your Standard trial.

Thank you for sharing that @Rebekka Heilmann _viadee_ !
@safdsafsa sorry you've been experiencing issues!
We've also uncovered a bug while rolling out these new changes and the team is working on resolving it ASAP. If you have a payment method setup, this bug is then likely affecting you. We're working on it!
Just to confirm for others—this isn’t expected behavior. Atlassian has acknowledged this as a bug during recent credit changes, especially for new accounts with billing set up. So seeing 0/2000 credits with 0 used is not normal. If it persists, raise a support ticket so they can fix it on the backend.

Hi @safdsafsa
there's been an update to how Rovo Dev credits work: https://community.atlassian.com/forums/Rovo-articles/Updates-to-Rovo-Dev-access-and-credit-limits/ba-p/3202139
I assume that the recent affects on Rovo Dev have something to do with that. We cannot really do anything from here so you'll probably get the quickest help and most effective support by contacting support.atlassian.com

They shouldn't have made that change; it really affects new users because it doesn't even let them switch plans. For example, even if you switch plans, RovoDev won't let you use the Opus 4.6 model.
