Hi @Vikas K Sinha ,

I managed to get my desktop app up and running.

You could try to re-authorize and/or check site access.
Maybe before all of that, can you try reinstalling the app/software? 👀

Also, are you on a paid plan to try to raise a support ticket here Atlassian Support? This should be an official channel related to issues with Rovo in general.

Cheers,
Tobi

Thanks for the tip, @Tomislav Tobijas .

I tried logging out of Atlassian account, cleaned browser cache and cookies. Reinstalled app, completed the login and still ran into same error. I guess it will be a support ticket after all.

Cheers...

Welcome to the Community, @Vikas K Sinha

Yes, given that you've already reauthenticated, cleared browser data, and reinstalled the application, this appears less likely to be a local client issue and more likely related to account provisioning, authorization context, or a backend service issue. At this point, opening a support ticket is probably the best path.
