Hi,
My team has started using Rovo, and we were wondering if it could be removed in the future since, as far as we know, it’s still in beta.
We’re currently on the Standard plan.
Could Rovo disappear from our plan at some point?
Thanks!
To add to @Mikael Sandberg - Rovo will stay available for all paid Cloud sites. The only thing that differs for Standard plans are the usage quotas: Rovo usage quota | Rovo | Atlassian Support
If the goal is that every user is using Rovo, then the free credits won't be enough. Atlassian is not yet enforcing the quotas and don't have any information on what extra credits will cost.
Atlassian announced during Team 25 that Rovo is free if you have the Standard plan or higher. Please check out the Rovo FAQ. And no, Rovo is not in beta, it is now GA.

I do not see rovo as part of the atlassian standard plan. Rather frustrating to see, being someone that is trying to learn new skills and free can only get you so far.

@JayJones_W please don't resurrect old posts but rather ask your question in a new one :)

Rovo should be added as App automatically. There is a restriction with "private" email domains like gmail.com etc.
If you are still not seeing Rovo after checking all settings, I'd open up a request with support.atlassian.com

@Rebekka Heilmann _viadee_ sadly, I have my own separate page that uses an @outlook.com. I am a self learner, building my own personal projects and right now I am on the free plan of jira. I do not wish to waste my money on a monthly plan with the expectations of having rovo, hoping to achieve the ACH-800, to only be denied because of the domain name. I am unemployed and wish to upskill but difficult to hear about this new technology and can't use it, touch it or play with it due to my email. Sorry for the rant but I want to be on the playing field with others as well but I can't.

Nothing I can change about that. I'd advise you to contact the support to find out which domains work and which don't. They can probably confirm whether it has anything to do with the domain after all.
