So I signed up for the Rovo trial and it demanded a credit card upon signup - fine. But then I notice no cancel button - and immediately that's a huge red flag for me.
What a surprise that the support methods don't recognise my account details and I can't actually contact billing to cancel my Rovo trial.
This is so unbelievably shady, Rovo is like the one product that you have to jump through hoops to cancel.
Please can this be escalated and someone contact me?
Hi @David Christie - welcome to the Community,
Rovo and Rovo Dev actually cannot be canceled by admins nor users yet. Cancellations need to be run through support.atlassian.com
I think if you select "Cloud Administration" as product, it should work for free and trials versions the same it does for paid ones.
where do you do this selection?

Support.atlassian.com > Contact Support > Technical Issues and Bugs > Cloud Administration (select from the right pane)

From https://admin.atlassian.com/, selecting your organization you should be able to reach Billing and manage Billing Subscription no ?

Oh I can reach it, but none of my account details (URL or E code) are recognised in the support page meaning I can't progress to actually contact anyone!
I've deleted the virtual card and fully intend on enjoying the 2000 credits, the fact I've got to raise a query on a community forum shows how dodgy this cancellation practice is.

Ya I think the process changed not too long ago, It do not seem to work on my side too when I reach what happen I think to be the new Billing portal.
Works well if I choose Technical Issue on the support portal https://support.atlassian.com/contact/#/.

The billing page is a good first place to check, but for Rovo/Rovo Dev, there typically isn’t a working self-service cancel option yet—even if you can access billing. In most cases, you’ll still need to go through Atlassian support to fully cancel or remove it from your site.
