I’m having trouble with the Rovo app — it refuses to load on both desktop and mobile. I’ve already tried clearing the cache, reinstalling the app, and even checking for updates, but nothing seems to work.
Is anyone else facing this issue recently? Could this be related to a new update or server-side problem?

@Henry Yes—several users are seeing Rovo fail to load this week. It’s a server-side outage tied to the latest rollout, not your device. Clearing cache or reinstalling won’t fix it. Once Atlassian stabilizes the backend, the app loads normally again. If you want confirmation, check your org’s admin panel—Rovo will show degraded status during these incidents.

could you clarify what you mean with "Rovo app"? Rovo can only be opened from within Atlassian tools or with the browser extension - yet anyway.
