When the Rovo agent is triggered by the Raise a request skill the tickets gets logged but the response is not what I want and seems I cant edit it as its hardcoded on atlassian
Please see below:
"Your action to create a JSM Service Request has been successfully executed..."
Seems is not configurable within Rovo Studio at all, regardless of what you put in your agent instructions.
is there a way to change this?

Interesting! Could you help me understand what this Rovo agent does? Does it only raise the request or also do other actions for the user in slack surface?
