When the Rovo agent is triggered by the Raise a request skill the tickets gets logged but the response is not what I want and seems I cant edit it as its hardcoded on atlassian
Please see below:
"Your action to create a JSM Service Request has been successfully executed..."
Seems is not configurable within Rovo Studio at all, regardless of what you put in your agent instructions.
is there a way to change this?
@Mario you’re not missing anything—this is expected today. Those messages (like “Your action… executed”) are part of Rovo’s built-in system response for actions and aren’t configurable in Studio. Agent instructions won’t override them.
What you can control is the follow-up message after the action, but the system confirmation itself is fixed for now.

Interesting! Could you help me understand what this Rovo agent does? Does it only raise the request or also do other actions for the user in slack surface?

The agent acts a auto ticket created in a dedicated slack channel that allows the team to work on a backlog board and go through queries/request and for audit purposes
It catches all the information from the slack and summaries the issue and raises the request which the user needs to review and submit
