Hi @Mario
Yes, it can. You can connect the google docs as a knowledge source to the agent.
Are you instead wanting the agent to validate the user shared docs from the sheet? Could you share more details please?
Hi Fazila
Thanks for your response appreciate , we want the Rovo agent would like to do
1 - User sends a document Rovo reads the confirm the document is correct and signed
2 - User provide a questionnaire and Rovo has a access to the google sheets (answers ) and fills in the questionnaire based on the questionnaire

Hi @Mario
check out Connect Google Drive to Rovo | Atlassian Support
Rovo doesn't add anything as your personal drive, but not sure If I understand correctly.
As to your use case:
1) I feel relatively confident that Rovo Chat can do that, not too sure about Agents. At least if it is comparable to Jira attachments, which Chat can access but Agents can't (Yet).
2) I don't think Rovo will be able to fill in questionaires but worth a shot.

Hello @Mario
Rovo can absolutely tap into Google Drive as a knowledge source.
Once the connection is set up, it can index your Google Docs and Sheets to use them as a "brain" for answering questions. The key thing to remember is the difference between Rovo reading your data and Rovo acting on it. It’s built to fetch and reason over info, but it won't automatically "write" into a spreadsheet or submit a questionnaire unless you’ve set up a specific agent skill to do so.
For your document review example, Rovo can scan a file to see if a signature line is filled out, but I’d treat that as a helpful "first pass" rather than a legal verification.
Regarding questionnaires, Rovo is fantastic at digging through your Google Sheets to find the right answers and drafting a response for you, but you’ll likely still be the one doing the final copy-paste into the form. Most importantly, Rovo respects your existing Google Drive permissions. If a file is private to you, it stays invisible to everyone else, even when they’re using Rovo. It's a powerful research assistant, just keep in mind that the final "action" step usually still needs a human touch!
