Can we disable Atlassian's templated agent from Slack instance? So internally we have created our own HR and IT agent; however, when an employee opens up the Rovo app in Slack, they see recommended agents by Atlassian - for our own agent employees will have to search for it and then chat.
@Kritika Khullar Today, you can’t disable or hide Atlassian’s built-in recommended agents in the Rovo Slack app. That list is system-controlled and not configurable by admins. Custom agents won’t replace or pin over them yet—users need to search to find yours. This is a common request, so the best next step is to submit feedback via Admin Hub → Rovo → Feedback to push for admin controls over Slack agent visibility.

You need to do this from the Atlassian side and have organization admin permissions. You would go to your recommended Rovo agents, click on three dots and go for deleting the agent. Not recommended to do, but this is the way.
