Hi everyone,

I'm showcasing Rovo Dev on multiple events and I've been fighting to get the code reviewer working with GitHub on the PRs.

The GitHub integration app is installed, on Atlassian and GitHub side.. the Rovo Dev account is a standard, paid one... I have credits.. but I cannot get the code review agent to run on GitHub whenever a PR is created or updated. I keep getting:

Rovo Dev code review: Rovo Dev couldn't review this pull request
The pull request author does not have access to Rovo Dev.

It seems that it is trying to figure out the author of the PR and matching it with the account in Atlassian side.. but I dont see any place to make the match between the GH user and the Atlassian user..

Docs don't tell anything and the error message  is not very explicit either..

@Sergio Freire - Xblend

Welcome to the Atlassian Community.

From the error, Atlassian Rovo is checking whether the GitHub pull request author is linked to a user who already has Rovo Dev access in Atlassian. If the GitHub author email does not match the email on the Atlassian account, the review usually fails with that message.

It would be worth verifying that the GitHub account creating the PR is using the same email address as the licensed Atlassian user, because right now there is no manual mapping option exposed in the UI.

If the emails already match and it still fails, this looks more like a backend mapping issue and Atlassian support may need to check it from their side.

If this helps you, do accept and vote for my answer. Thanks.

Hi @Sergio Freire - Xblend

unfortunately there are not a lot of Rovo Dev experts on here, i am not one either...

But I've requested assistance from the Atlassian Team who should get back to you on here.
