Just being realistic. You probably won't find anyone here who can do a direct, private review of your setup. The Community is great for troubleshooting direction, but when it comes to a company-specific Rovo connector and API configuration, that's really something Atlassian Support needs to handle.
Since you're on a Premium plan, you should definitely leverage your direct support access. I’d recommend having your org admin check the connector status in admin.atlassian.com first, and then open a ticket from there. That’s the only way to get someone to actually inspect your specific tenant and setup.
People here can still chime in with general suggestions, but for a formal review of your business configuration, Support is the way to go.
