Hello, we recently purchased Teamwork Collection. We registered and enabled Jira and Confluence on the AI supported apps page, but the Rovo Chat button does not appear and we are unable to use the feature. What should we do?

Go to Atlassian Administration > Apps > AI settings > AI-enabled apps, confirm Jira and Confluence show as activated, then select "Select apps to activate" if needed and save. Some users report the button appearing after 24-48 hours or a page refresh/browser cache clear.
