Good morning to all!, we are testing the use of Rovo in a Sandbox enviroment, and after the new year and holidays, all of our chat history has been erased, is there any method or way to get the chat history back? or any other way to get a backup?. It would be bad if we had to start all over again on the implementation of the App and its capabilities.

When you click on Ask Rovo, and when you expand it to the full screen, you should be able to see your history on your left sidebar.
Good Morning!, yeah sorry if i didn´t explain myself correctly, i know there is a side menu where you can see where your chats were:
The problem is all my conversations have disappeared....
And i can guarantee that had some chats opened to do some test on the Confluence Pages, and the hability to copy spaces, etc. Thats why i asked if there was a way of getting the backup of the chats, or is it because there is a time limit for the chats to expire in a sandbox enviroment?

The funny thing is that the agents that i created do still exist, the problem is the chats aren´t there anymore...

If your chat history is above 30 days then it wont be visible to you
