Rovo Chat — All conversations scroll from the top instead of showing latest messages

Hi everyone,

Has anyone else experienced this issue with Rovo Chat? Every time I open a conversation, it starts scrolled to the very top (oldest messages) instead of jumping to the most recent messages at the bottom. This happens with all my chats, not just one.

I've tried refreshing the page and clearing my browser cache, but the issue persists.

Is anyone else seeing this behavior? If so, have you found a workaround?

Any help or confirmation would be appreciated. Thanks!

This looks like a known UI bug where Rovo Chat jumps to the top of long conversations, which was previously tracked under ROVO-847. Even though that specific ticket is marked resolved, this could easily be a regression.

To isolate, check if it happens in both fullscreen and the side-panel, and try testing in an incognito window or an entirely different browser. If the issue persists another users on your site, it's likely a platform bug and you should report it to Atlassian Support and include a quick screen recording of the behavior.
