Rovo Agent make generic for any board

I created rovo agent it searches for whole project but i want it to run that rovo agent for particular board how is it possible

I created Rovo Agent for Sprint Retro but I want to run for Team A or Team B it should run for that whichever i ask for how should I do it shows for all board under that project

@Anuj Batta Rovo agents don’t currently run directly against a specific board. They work at the project/issue level. To scope results, update your agent instructions to ask which team/board to use and then filter by board-related signals like Sprint name, board filter JQL, labels, components, or team field. Example: “If the user says Team A, only include issues matching Team A’s sprint or labels.” This is the supported workaround today. 

Here's where to add scenarios to instructions.

You don’t need Jira automation for this—do it in the agent Instructions + Scenarios. Use scenarios to handle Retro vs DSM and team selection. Example:

Instruction: “Before running, ask which team (Team A/B) and meeting type (DSM or Retro). Filter issues using the team’s sprint, labels, or component.”

Scenario – Retro: “Summarize completed vs blocked work, what went well, and improvements for the selected team.”

Scenario – DSM: “List today’s priorities, blockers, and carryovers for the selected team only.”

Here you can use the Scenarios perhaps. 

Adding scenarios such as when viewed from Board A for Team A do this and when from Board B For Team B do that. 

Then the catch all default can be for the entire project.

Where to add scenarios in Instructions or should I do automation in jira 

Can you give example for Instructions for DSM and Retro please🙏
