I have built a Rovo agent that has very clear instructions on creating a PIR based on our guidelines. The agent works great when we summon it to write the description in an already created PIR ticket. The question is if we have a ticket that is a major incident and we use the "create PIR" button at the top of the screen, how can I make sure it is using the agent I built to write the description of the PIR ticket when it is on the create screen?
The create PIR button cannot be configured to use an agent when creating the PIR, you only have access to Rovo that way. What you could consider it to use an automation that either runs after the PIR is created or as a manual automation that replaces the create PIR button. In both cases the automation would invoke the agent you created to fill out the PIR for you.
