I have a rovo agent for medical benefits related quesitons in slack
The agent will just provide information based from the confluence page to guide the user
Some queries could be
"I need assistance with my medical aid"
"I need to add my newborn to my medical aid
'ey team, if I want to remove a dependant from my medical aid - which date does it need to be done by to avoid paying another month"
'Hi people team please advice on the steps to change medical aid plan"
I keep getting response from Rovo

To to clear the agent is only giving information based on information in our confluence database
@Mario That can happen even if your agent is only quoting Confluence. Rovo still applies Atlassian’s AI safety filters, and prompts about medical aid, dependents, newborns, plan changes, or deadlines can be interpreted as health/benefits advice involving sensitive personal data. So this is usually a policy-triggered false positive, not a knowledge issue. Try narrower wording and avoid personal/medical phrasing when possible, but you may want to reach out to Atlassian support to try to accommodate your use case.
