Restrict Rovo to connect 3rd party app like Personal Google Drive

Hi Support team,

We need an organization control to prevent Rovo from offering or initiating user level connections to personal drive (eg., Google Drive) accounts. Our organization is on Microsoft 365 only and external personal storage providers are not approved. 

However, we are still interesting to allow our users using Rovo further (with company policies compliance) 

Is there a way to disable agent actions or restrict Rovo to approved enterprise data source only?

Hello Nutavit,

While you can manage enterprise data sources under admin.atlassian.com > Apps > Connectors, there is currently no global admin control to block users from linking personal accounts via Smart Links.

Because Smart Links don't require admin setup, users can connect apps like personal Google Drive on an individual level. This governance gap is actively tracked under public feature requests AI-1153 and ROVO-183. I highly recommend voting on these and raising the issue with Atlassian Support if it impacts your compliance.
