I want to delete my Atlassian account but Rovo is being an issue. What shall I do?
Welcome @Sofia Ribeiro
You need to be an organization admin first Then you need to:
Hi Sofia, it may be linked to active sessions or app access. Try disabling Rovo under “Connected apps” in your Atlassian account settings in the steps Nikola described. If the issue continues, please contact Atlassian Support for help with safely deleting your account.

No option to "remove subscription" shows up on the Billing page, the Rovo subscriptions do.
Checking on the connected apps under admin.atlassian.com > Settings > Rovo > Sites reveals no connected apps.
Still cannot delete the organisation that was created under my account by accident
Please advise

If you can't remove the Rovo app and delete your organization, and you're on a free trial without support access, you're not alone — others have reported similar issues. Make sure you have full admin rights first. If Rovo still doesn't show an option to remove, it's likely locked due to backend restrictions. Unfortunately, trial accounts often don't allow ticket-based support, but you can try reaching out through a general contact or feedback form on the platform. If that doesn't work, the best option may be to let the account expire or create a new one with a different email. for more information visit there site Mubarak Al Ketbi Chartered Accountants

I have the same issue, I have no option to remove or delete Rovo, and therefore cannot delete my organization. All other apps have been removed, and there are no connected domains. It was a free trial account so I cannot open a support ticket, even though I'm told that is the only way to resolve this.
