@Sun Todd This error happens when Atlassian’s identity service can’t complete the Google-OAuth handshake. It’s usually caused by regional network blocks (common in mainland China) or a temporary outage on Atlassian’s side. Try again using a stable VPN or a non-Google login. If it still fails, send the Anonymous ID to Atlassian Support so they can trace the exact failure.
