ROVO agents are not functioning as execpted and studio is showing blank details

1. The Rovo agents I created are not working as expected and reasons is 

- Studio is showing blank details, Scenarios added for agent is disappeared

- Behavior, instructions, skills everything is missing from the agent

- Earlier the agent which used to easily create, update the issues in JIRA projects is now showing error as "I am currently unable to retrieve the available issue types for this project due to a temporary system error" or "Jira is currently returning an HTTP 500 when I try to fetch TDTP’s issue types. Without the issueTypeId for Bug, I can’t create the issue via the Jira API." 

- Unable to attach documents via agent

- Even if I create duplicate agent, entirely blank agent is getting created

How do I resolve all these issues?

Hi @Indira_Jois 

I know there was an incident yesterday affecting Automations using Rovo agents, It might be related to that. The incident is resolved so if you are still experiencing problems i would suggest to rise a ticket to Atlassian

Indeed there was an incident yesterday which impacted Rovo, so you should take a look today if behavior repeats.
