ROVO Release Notes Drafter limited to 20 work items

Why is ROVO Release Notes Drafter limited to 20 work items ?? We often have more than 20 items in a release and the ROVO Release Notes Drafter Agent is limited to reporting on only 20 at a time. Can this please be expanded to more than 20?

Hi @Charlene Freeman you can increase the limit by duplicating or editing the agent, but the 20-item cap is there to help maintain response quality and stay within model limits. If you raise it too much, you may see slower responses or weaker summaries. In practice, it works better to split larger releases into smaller groups (for example by component or version) and then combine the results.

Thank you. Unfortunately, I do not have control on the release schedule, so I must release all the stories that are ready for release when that release is planned. I can try to edit the agent to show more than 20 items and see if that works for us. Thank you

You can always edit the agent, or create a duplicate of it and change the limit if you like. The default agent is similar to Automation templates, it shows you have to create it, but you have the option to adopt it to your liking.

And to your question to why it is limited to just 20 work items, if you look a the instructions that limitation is there to improve the quality of the response.
