Preview of ROVO generated documents crashes

Whenever I ask ROVO to create a page directly in Confluence, the preview says that id.atlassian.com refuses to connect and if I decide to create de page, it is blank.

I'm using Rovo chat. Create with Rovo works ok, the problem appears when using Rovo Chat

are you using Rovo Chat? Have you tried using the "Create with Rovo" feature instead?

Since introducting Create with Rovo, Creating/Editing Confluence Pages via Chat has become even more tricky than it was before. Especially page creation will oftentimes result in positive answers from Rovo when actually nothing happened in the background. So what you're describing fits right into that.

It's really frustrating. From the Rovo Community perspective, the current recommendation is

1) Use Create with Rovo for new Page/Content creation

2) Go into Page Edit mode first, then use Chat to edit pages.
