En el acceso de [site URL removed for privacy] se desapareció la función de Preguntar a Rovo.

Por favor necesito que vuelva estar activo.

@Luis Gallardo Cortés, bienvenido a la Comunidad. Si "Preguntar a Rovo" desapareció repentinamente, las causas más comunes son que Rovo se haya deshabilitado a nivel de organización, exista un problema temporal de aprovisionamiento o se hayan modificado permisos de acceso. Pide a un administrador que revise admin.atlassian.com > Rovo > Rovo access. Si la configuración es correcta y afecta a varios usuarios, abre un caso con Atlassian Support para que revisen la instancia.

A couple of things to check 👀:

  • Have you tried using a different browser or incognito mode?
  • Are other users experiencing the same thing as well?

⚙️ What your Organization admin can check:

  1. Navigate to admin.atlassian.com
  2. Go to Rovo > Rovo access and see if any apps (e.g., Confluence) are blocklisted there

Apart from that, they could check IP allowlisting (if your organization is using it) and ensure that Rovo is included in the allowed apps list.
