Hi, is it possible to limit access to Rovo so that only certain people can use it? We'd like to restrict it to a specific group rather than having it available to everyone. Could you let me know if that's an option and how we'd go about setting that up? Thanks!
Hi @Hessam_Askary welcome to the Atlassian Community Forums!
If you are on an Enterprise plan, you can hide Rovo interfaces from specific users by removing their access to the Rovo product/app in your directory.
Hi Dave,
Thank you for your answer. What about Standard user? any chance we can limit them?

No, this feature is not available for Standard and Premium plans.

AND I believe it is still closed EAP/Beta - so maybe has nothing to do with the plan.

Hello Dave
We are in the Enterprise plan but I can not find it. I navigate to Directory but I can not find Product access:
Can you help us?
Thanks!

Isn't it possible to limit access only for the testing phase? We want to connect other environments like SharePoint and so on, but for that we need to restrict access first. Otherwise using Rovo doesn't make sense for us if we can't even test it properly.

No - but you could set up a new Cloud site and use free trials. Features are not limited on Trial licensing and you can limit users.

In that case I am not sure if I have the permission to connect our Sharepoint to a free trial site.
