We are using JSM and have an active Portal for ticket submission.
We have enabled Rovo on the Portal, but our users cannot see it.
Could you please clarify what specific license is required for Rovo to be visible on the Portal?

Hello,

Welcome to community :)

Rovo is now included in all paid Jira, Confluence and Jira Service Management subscriptions.

Please find more details here : https://www.atlassian.com/licensing/rovo#

So for the Rovo widget to be visible/usable on the portal:

  • The user must:

    • Be logged in with an Atlassian account , and

    • Have a paid Standard, Premium, or Enterprise license for any Atlassian Cloud product (e.g. Jira Software, Confluence, JSM, etc.)

  • It will not currently show for:

    • Portal‑only customer accounts

    • Anonymous users

    • Atlassian accounts without any Standard+ product license

But you can also reach out to atlassian support here : https://support.atlassian.com/contact/ . the team can verify your details and see what is causing the issue

Thank you,

Prachi
