Hi guys,
The Rovo SharePoint connector was stuck in the “Syncing” state for approximately 5 days, during which only one object was successfully indexed. To resolve the issue, I attempted to disconnect the connector; however, it has now been stuck in the “Disconnecting” state for the last 14 hours.
My subscription is standard. Please advise on the steps to fix this issue or any recommended troubleshooting actions to bring the connector back to an operational state.

@Muhammad Zeeshan This isn’t uncommon with the SharePoint connector. When it gets stuck in Syncing or Disconnecting, there’s no self-service recovery yet. The connector runs as a background job, and if it stalls, only Atlassian Support can reset it. Open a support ticket and include the org ID, connector name, and timestamps. Until Support clears the job, reconnecting or reconfiguring won’t help.
