Hi guys,
The Rovo SharePoint connector was stuck in the “Syncing” state for approximately 5 days, during which only one object was successfully indexed. To resolve the issue, I attempted to disconnect the connector; however, it has now been stuck in the “Disconnecting” state for the last 14 hours.
My subscription is standard. Please advise on the steps to fix this issue or any recommended troubleshooting actions to bring the connector back to an operational state.
