No rovo access - had ai intelligence but not seeing it now.

Rovo becomes available starting with the Standard subscription plan.
You do have to ensure that it is enabled at the Organization level.

If you have confirmed Rovo is activated, where exactly are you looking for AI features and not seeing what you expect? Can you provide a screen image for what you see, and a reference to the document that tells you what you should see?
