No rovo access - had ai intelligence but not seeing it now.

Welcome to the Atlassian community.
Rovo becomes available starting with the Standard subscription plan.
You do have to ensure that it is enabled at the Organization level.

If you have confirmed Rovo is activated, where exactly are you looking for AI features and not seeing what you expect? Can you provide a screen image for what you see, and a reference to the document that tells you what you should see?

Rovo is included in all plans now.
But if its still not visible please reach out to https://support.atlassian.com/contact/ so that the team can check your affected site directly.

Can you check which Email adress is linked to Organization?
Rovo is now included in all paid Jira, Confluence and Jira Service Management subscriptions.
Organization admins need to use verified accounts with a business domain (for example,
@yourcompany.com). We’re unable to enable Rovo on sites where the organization is registered with a generic email domain such asgmail.comormsn.com.
