These instructions to get Rovo access do not work for my new standard account.
Hi @Jessica Kordic ,
Which account are you using on this site where you have the Standard plan? I'm asking because Atlassian cannot enable Rovo on sites where the organization is registered with generic email domains like gmail.com or msn.com.
Meaning, to activate Atlassian Rovo, organization admins must use verified accounts associated with a business domain (e.g., @yourcompany.com) 👈 To verify the domain, check this article: Verify a domain to manage accounts
Are you seeing any specific error or message when trying to add Rovo to your site?
Also, as you're on the Standard plan, you could contact the official support team through Atlassian Support. They should be able to assist you with troubleshooting why you cannot add
Cheers,
Tobi
Hello and thank you for your replay. Once I verified my domain Rovo did indeed start working. Looks like when I try to contact support, I get routed to Community. what is happening now is I enabled the teamwork collection 30 day trial and now I don't see goals or projects in this new site I was forced to create when I tried to add apps. So bizarre how the site versus org is behaving in non-enterprise version. Anyhow, I think with premium I can contact support now.

Glad it worked out @Jessica Kordic :)
Yeah... it might be that Support blocks trials as well from raising requests (not 100% sure though).
Apart from that link I shared before, you can reach out to the billing and licensing team through here Atlassian Support: Pricing, Billing & Licensing > this channel doesn't require a paid subscription, so you can raise licensing-related questions through there.

I think I understand what happened now. The teamwork collection bundle trial requires you to create a new org, it doesn't actually 'add-on' to your existing org. I thought I was creating a new site on my existing org. Super confusing. JPD adds on to existing site nice and clean and drops off when trial ends unless you manually go in and opt in.

@Jessica Kordic interesting... 👀
I heard from some folks that activating Teamwork Collection can cause some issues, but I've never switched an existing site from separate apps to a collection. It was either start with a separate or start with Teamwork Collection (for me).
I'm glad you managed to figure it out, and thanks for sharing the insights!
