I dont see how the Rovo Chat / Agent options on JSM tenant.
I have already turned on the Rovo / Atlassian AI . Am i missing a step?
Or, do i have to wait for Atlassian to have it working for us?
@Ghata Singhal If you don’t see Rovo Chat or Agents in JSM yet, it usually means the JSM project hasn’t been included in your org’s Rovo rollout. Enabling Atlassian AI isn’t enough—Rovo Chat is still being staged across sites. Check Admin Hub → Rovo to confirm access. If your JSM project isn’t listed there, you’ll need to wait for the feature to land on your tenant.
