I dont see how the Rovo Chat / Agent options on JSM tenant.

I have already turned on the Rovo / Atlassian AI . Am i missing a step?

Or, do i have to wait for Atlassian to have it working for us?

Usually, changes take the place right away. Clear your cache, start in incognito and try again.
