I cannot see Rovo chat on my Jira/Confluence pages

I have activated Rovo for my workspace, but I cannot see the chat button to interact with it. Can someone please help?

It is available to most Standard customers as well although Rollout is not yet fully completed according to some site admins.

Hi @Armen Gevorgyan 

  • What license do you have? Free, Standard, Premium?
  • What email adress have you used to create/bill the Organisation? there is a restriction on accounts like gmail.com (check purple box on Rovo usage quota | Rovo | Atlassian Support)
  • Are Rovo's AI features enabled for Confluence and Jira? admin.atlassian.com > Apps > AI settings > AI-enabled apps
  • Have you refreshed your Browser session?

Hi

I have the premium license

email address is a Gmail address
Rovo AI features are enabled for Jira and Confluence

Browser session is also refreshed.

The Gmail address is the problem then. You need to use a custom domain as your billing contact for the Organisation.

Atlassian wants to avoid abuse of the free credits and is therefore limiting Rovo features to company accounts.
