Using fallback model
Model request failed after multiple attempts, trying fallback model.
Its only displaying.. I am using Paid plan but still this
Hello Sithum,
This error points to an entitlement mismatch, a paid Jira, Confluence, or standard Rovo plan is completely separate from a Rovo Dev Standard subscription.😉
Have your admin confirm that Rovo Dev Standard is active for your site and that your account is in the correct Rovo Dev user group. Keep in mind that CLI/IDE access is restricted on free trials, and hitting your monthly credit limit can also block models. If you're using the CLI, run `/models` to try switching to an available fallback. If everything is configured correctly on your end, your admin will need to contact Atlassian Support to resolve a backend provisioning sync.
Best,

May I know when will you fix this shitty issue?
I subscribed to the paid plan and I can't use a single model, it always provide me with the same error and there is nothing I can do about it.
What's also wrong with your forum's section "Ask a question"? Did you check that? I can't even scroll down to click "submit".
I am really surprised since my friend advised me your Rovo Dev as high efficient product, but I can't even start using it lmao.
You ignore all the tickets, all the bug reports, you don't reply to any email, you don't call back, you literally don't care.
