I am unable to connect the Atlassian to cursor I am getting the below error.

"

Access denied

This app requires access to a Jira & Confluence site which you don’t have or don’t have the permission to access. can anyone 

Visit http://www.atlassian.com to create a site.

Something's not right? Raise a support request."

I am in the middle of this also, I am currently waiting for approval though so can't wait to get started. 

I would recommend you use the new app, might be easier for you.

Once you install the application from the marketplace, go to configure, click "Connect to Cursor" but note here is where you need to be a Cursor Admin or you need one to help.

Are you a Cursor Admin also? If not you can send a link to them for them to log in, after that you can finish set up (if you are a Jira Admin).
