Is it possible to set the labels field with a predefined value when I ask Rovo Agent to create a ticket?
Currently, he writes it in the description of the ticket.

Rovo currently doesn't support setting labels or other custom fields when creating a Jira item.
There's an open feature request: ROVO-229: Support creating work items with required/custom fields
I would suggest leaving a vote and setting yourself as a watcher to receive notifications about updates.
