If absolutely no one in your company has access to the vendor account anymore, the Community unfortunately can't step in to restore it or change the email for you.
Atlassian requires strict ownership verification before modifying vendor permissions to keep listings and data secure. To get this sorted out, you'll need to submit an account recovery request directly through the Atlassian Developer and Marketplace Support portal.
