I want to create a Rovo Agent for Sprint Retrospective. Can someone help me in creating Rovo Agent . I want that this Agent can be used for their teams. Also, I have several boards in single space like Space1 have 5 boards and i want all 5 boards can use this agent. I want to use without any code to be written. when i select Knoweldge it shows only Space not Boards and also I want what prompt should i write instructions and how it should read for particular board Waiting for response at the earliest. Thank you
@Anuj Batta You don’t need code, but you do need to design around how Rovo scopes context. Rovo agents don’t attach to boards directly; they work from Jira issues and Confluence content. To make a generic Sprint Retrospective agent usable across multiple boards, have it ask which board or sprint to analyze at runtime. Use Confluence for retro guidance as knowledge, and instruct the agent to pull issues from the selected sprint. This keeps the agent reusable across all teams and boards.
Thank you for your response can you please provide instructions and help me how I can use several boards with step by step i am new to it

Create the Rovo Agent at the space level so it can access all boards in that space. Use a clear prompt like: “Summarize feedback, highlight action items, and suggest improvements for Sprint Retrospective.” Per-board setup isn’t supported, so space-level configuration covers multiple boards.
