Hi!
Hope everybody is well!
Since I started using Rovo integrated with Jira+Confluence a few weeks ago, I have noticed some issues that range from problems with processing data from Jira boards or Confluence folders/pages to new features that would significantly facilitate our lives.
How can I report issues with Rovo and request new features? As a software engineer and tech lead, I would be glad to cooperate with insights and feedback.
I look forward to hearing from someone.
Thank you in advance,
Edu
Hi @Eduardo Fernandes - welcome to the Community.
Note that what @Jorge Cammarota is WRONG. He gave you the link to Atlassian's User Voice. While you can search for feature requests, vote and comment on them (https://jira.atlassian.com/projects/ROVO) you CANNOT create requests or bug reports there directly.
You have to go through the official support at support.atlassian.com . The Support team will either handle issues directly or escalate to the product team. They can create new feature requests and add you as "affects you".
There are also some Atlassians on this Forum so sometimes they will create Support or Feature requests for us and will look into Bugs reported - that's not a given though.
Report a problem with Atlassiane support for improvements. I opened a support ticket and asked the community to vote, thus making the ticket go up.
