Goal: I want to use the @atlassian-rovo command within GitHub Copilot Chat to retrieve and reference Jira ticket information and Confluence pages.
Current Status: I can see an app named "Atlassian" in my GitHub application settings. However, when I type @atlassian-rovo in the VS Code Copilot Chat panel, there is no response, or the command is not recognized.
Request: Could you please verify if the "Atlassian Rovo for GitHub Copilot" extension is correctly installed and if my Atlassian site is properly linked to my GitHub organization?
Hi @大久保匡騎 welcome to the community. The @atlassian-rovo command only works if the Atlassian Rovo for GitHub Copilot extension is installed in VS Code and your GitHub org is linked to an Atlassian Cloud site that has Rovo enabled. Seeing “Atlassian” in GitHub app settings isn’t enough—Rovo won’t register in Copilot Chat until the extension is active, you’re signed in, and the org-level connection is approved. Confirm the extension is installed in VS Code, then re-authenticate both GitHub and Atlassian in the extension settings.
Hi @大久保匡騎 - welcome to the Community,
as to your request: we as a Community don't have access to your site so cannot check anything directly. If you want advice from the Community members, it's best to provide as much context and screenshots as possible.
Can you confirm, that Atlassian Rovo is activated on your site? You need to go to admin.atlassian.com > Select your Organization > Apps > AI settings > Rovo
