How can I access telemetry/monitoring logs of a rovo agent run?

I am exploring using custom Rovo agents to trigger as workflow automations in JIRA. Idea being that an issue gets created -> rovo agent is fired -> rovo agent either writes to JIRA or does nothing.

I have an automation rule setup to do that, but I cannot find any place to view the details of the execution i.e what the LLM thought, what actions it decided to do or not do, and why.

Is there any place that provides this information?

Hi @Mujahid Maqsood

Welcome to the Community Forums.

Currently there is no place to view this or pull the data from.

You can interact with the agent and ask why it didn't do what it was supposed to and ask for recommendations.

Would the agent have this context considering it was fired from an automation?

@Mujahid Maqsood to add to @Ciara TN response: There’s no telemetry or “decision log” exposed for agent runs triggered by Automation. When an Automation rule calls a Rovo agent, the LLM’s reasoning and action history aren’t surfaced anywhere in Jira or Rovo Studio. Only direct chats show traces. If you need auditability, the workaround is adding a logging Skill that writes key steps back to an issue or a webhook.
