Hi team,

I had worked to make 3 Rovo agents- Agile Trinity, Agile Trinity 2.0, Agile Trinity 3.0 and it was linked to source of my organization.

Further, after update from Atlassian on 13-April or 14-April, none of my above 3 agents are visible and whenever I am opening, it's showing - WE CAN'T FIND THE PAGE YOU ARE LOOKING FOR.

And, when I am trying to create a new agent then it's showing - Activate AI to use Rovo agents

Please help with the above as it's super urgent.

Hi @Ayush Srivastava

This lines up with a known change Atlassian rolled out around April 14th. Atlassian migrated all Rovo agents to a new backend LLM model with the final cutover happening on that date, which likely caused your agents to become inaccessible if they didn't carry over cleanly to the new model.

For the "We can't find the page" error on your existing agents, I'd recommend checking the Rovo Agents section in your Admin Hub to see if they still exist there, as they may need to be re-saved or re-configured under the new model.

For the "Activate AI to use Rovo agents" message, this typically means AI has been deactivated at the organization level. Your org admin will need to go to Atlassian Administration > Settings > AI settings and confirm AI is toggled on for your products. If AI is deactivated, Rovo Chat and Agents will be unavailable even if Rovo itself is still present.

If AI is already enabled and the agents are still missing, I'd suggest raising a ticket with Atlassian Support directly and referencing the April 14th model migration as the likely cause. Hope this helps get you unblocked!

@Ayush Srivastava welcome to the community.  Just to clarify one point—this likely isn’t due to a model migration removing your agents. Around April 14 there was a Rovo incident that caused issues like missing agents, blank configs, and access errors.

The “Activate AI” message usually means AI was toggled off at the org level. I’d check that first. If AI is on and agents are still missing, it’s best to raise with support as this may be a residual platform issue, not something you did.

@Christos Markoulatos -Relational-  and @Dr Valeri Colon _Connect Centric_ - Earlier, there was an option to activate AI to use Rovo Agents.
But, now it's not visible and it shows that it's a premium feature.

Is there any way to create custom agents through ROVO without a premium feature? Please let me know the details.

@Ayush Srivastava Rovo is not universally included across all paid plans in the same way. What you’re seeing as “premium feature” usually means one of these:

  • Your org doesn’t currently have Rovo enabled (rollout or region)
  • You’re on a plan where Rovo is not included by default or requires activation
  • Your trial ended or changed scope
  • AI features were toggled off at the org level

So “premium” here really means “requires the right entitlement/access”. There isn’t a workaround to create agents without it. I’d check your AI settings and plan, and if both look right, reach out to your Atlassian rep or support for more information.
