Rovo is visible in our Confluence environment; however, when we try to use it, we encounter a 403 – Forbidden error. This seems like an access or permission issue. Could anyone advise on the steps required to enable access?

Welcome to the community @PERUMALLA BALA THIRUMALA SAI VINAY SUKHESH  A 403 with Rovo in Confluence is almost always an entitlement or permission issue, not a bug. Check:

  • AI/Rovo enabled → Admin → Apps → AI settings
  • User has product access (Confluence) + Rovo access
  • Any org-level restrictions or policies

If it’s happening to multiple users, it could also be a provisioning issue on Atlassian’s side. If all looks correct and 403 persists, raise a support ticket—those usually require a backend fix.
