Hello Rovo Team,
I am using Rovo Cloud and would like to have more control over which Confluence pages are included when adding custom knowledge sources. Additionally, to adding specific Confluence Spaces as Knowledge Base, I would like to filter by specific labels. Currently, there is no option to filter pages by specific Confluence labels (tags).
My suggestion:
Please add an option to filter by labels when configuring or adding knowledge sources in Rovo. This would allow us to include only pages with a specific label (e.g., rovo-knowledge). Such a feature would greatly improve the quality and maintainability of the knowledge base and help exclude unwanted content.
Especially for larger Confluence instances with many pages, this functionality would be extremely helpful to ensure that the AI is only trained on relevant content.
Thank you very much for considering this request!
Best regards,
Allen
Atlassian Support has opened a Feature Request Ticket to implement this feature. If anyone else has interest in this feature, feel free to watch and follow the request here: [ROVO-471] Add Label-Based Filtering for Confluence Knowledge Sources in Rovo - Create and track feature requests for Atlassian products.
Control of the "knowledge" aspect of ROVO is a bit weak at the moment. This feature would help.
The other thing I think we need is to have exclude (not just include) options for labels/spaces.
e.g. If I want to exclude 2 or 3 spaces from ROVOs 'knowledge' it would require me to go an manually select every other space in the company.
The graphRAG of ROVO is, I think, its greatest strength. But we need more control over it.
