Hi.
I`ve been creating my ROVO Agent when everything was done come time for some tests. And here we go...
Message action error: [Code 400] convoai.rest.bad.request - Failed to invoke action. for actionKey: jira-issue-create-bulk
My rovo agent can`t create a new issue
Yes i pick and add:
transition work item in tools and possibilities
create work item
(I CANT PICK CREATE ISSUE )
However i still get 400 error. Any ideas?
You’re getting this error because your Rovo Agent doesn’t have the Jira skills needed for those actions yet.
To fix it, edit your agent configuration and add the missing skills.
Edit your agent, scroll down to Add skill, and add the following:
Create Jira issue
Then save and update your agent. After that, try your command again — the error [Code 400] convoai.rest.bad.request - Failed to invoke action should disappear.
This happens because Rovo Chat includes all Jira actions by default, while custom agents only have the ones you explicitly add.
Hope this helps!
Hi Anthony.
Nope, it does ;)
It was problem with Company list. We`ve got a lot of them and it is obligatory ;) When i pick a company manually it works. :)
So i solved by my self ;)

@Adam Tumidalski what do you mean by 'Company list'? I am having same issue, even outside of an agent, just providing a prompt with all required fields in the chat

@Marinela Boyadzhieva When you confingurated your agent and testing it last step before 400 is raw of issue and ABOVE it you can see a monit "there is one thing you should edit..." click it and you will see with which one is problem. In my case agent had problem with companies list (we`ve got many of them) however same as CoPilot Studio on MCP or connectors.... ( after all our admins turn off obligatory picking name of company in creating issue )
