I connect my sharepoint site to rovo.

Now I disconnect the connector from sharepoint but rovo stucks on "disconnesione in corso".

How to destroy this connector so I can create a new one?

I wait a lot of hours but nothing changhes

Thanks.

Hi @maurodomenicoabeni - welcome to the Community,

have you given it a couple of hours? If it is still stuck in limbo after a day, I'd recommend contacting support.atlassian.com and see if they can remove it.

@maurodomenicoabeni to add to Rebekka's comment, this looks like a known issue where connector state gets stuck on the Atlassian side rather than a user error. If it’s been stuck for hours, it likely won’t resolve on its own. Try refreshing, clearing the browser cache, or removing/re-adding the connector from another admin session. If it persists, you’ll need Atlassian support to reset the connector state on the backend before creating a new one.
