Confluence can not be added to a jira site

when trying to add confluence to a jira site https://evia-imtron.atlassian.net/, I get an error "etwas ist schiefgelaufen - ask support"

Are you on a paid or on a free plan? In the first case, reach out to https://support.atlassian.com/contact and raise a request for support there.

Here in Community, most of us are users like yourself who can't access your site for further investigation. Atlassian support does have that superpower.
